Hendricks Commercial Properties invests in, manages, and develops real estate throughout the United States and specializes in net leased real estate investments, management, and development with outside the box solutions to the most challenging of real estate needs. We have property in over 30 states, containing more than 11 million sq. ft. of real estate. We are proud to continue to develop in Indiana, focusing much of our efforts on the upcoming entertainment and dining district downtown, Bottleworks.
