Goodwill changes lives every day by empowering people to increase their independence and reach their potential through education, health and employment.

When people hear “Goodwill,” they often think of our retail stores, but did you adults could earn a diploma at one of our high schools? Are you familiar with our nurse home visitation program for first-time moms? Goodwill is a lot more than a thrift store.

Goodwill's Commercial Services division provides contract manufacturing, packaging and assembly to local, national and international customers. Our modern, 90,000-sq-ft production facility with 30,000 square feet of high-clearance, racked warehouse space is ISO 9001:2015 certified and managed by engineers, managers and supervisors with decades of experience at leading companies.

With 80 Goodwill retail sites, our retail operation generates revenue for critical services while providing job opportunities for many Hoosiers who face limited job options.

All our retail operations, helps us further our mission of empowering people to increase their independence and reach their potential. From education, to health, to employment, all our programs and services – made possible through your support – provide life-changing opportunities to those who connect with Goodwill.

Our services include:

  • Nurse-Family Partnership, a maternal-child health program focused on healthy pregnancies, parenting skills, child development and more.
