Indianapolis native, Mark Williams, President and Executive Director of the Indianapolis Art Center, knows the talent and resilience that resides in the Indianapolis Community. In partnership with Indy Jazz Fest, the Indianapolis Art Center is looking forward to highlighting that talent by organizing Locally Made, presented by One America, a fully outdoor art festival with a focus on local creators and artisans.
