Dr. Gilbert is an expert in organizational leadership and development\, innovation\, and strategy. With a BA in Organizational Communication and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University\, she furthered her expertise by earning a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Certified in Design Thinking from Stanford’s Hasso Plattner School of Design and a Facilitator of The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method\, Dr. Gilbert bridges the gap between theory and practice\, helping individuals and teams uncover their leadership potential. Her 20+ years of international experience\, combined with her extensive work in higher education and nonprofits\, have positioned her as a thought leader in organizational renewal\, creativity\, innovation\, and adult education. Dr. Gilbert has worked with prestigious clients such as the US Navy-Surface Warfare Centers\, In-N-Out Corporation\, Kaiser Permanente\, and more.
