About the presenters:

Founded by Indy resident Suddan S., Mintly is an online marketplace created for professionals interested in sales opportunities. Though Mintly initially focused on US market, they later narrowed down to India. This site lets you be part of an active online marketplace connecting Sales mentors, enablers and professionals worldwide. You can have access to resources, courses, training, jobs and contribute to this growing community. Their goal is to help 1000 people find their dream career, believing these 1000 people will help them grow 10 times in the future. Mintly was one of 1 Million Cups Indy’s first presenters two years ago, and now they are excited to share about their growth!

Grow Bar Organics is a line of natural, premium hair care products founded in 2018 by Marla Lewis with support from her husband, James. Marla started this business when she was trying to find products to maintain and grow her own natural hair, which was thinning due to work stress and hormonal imbalance. After experimenting with natural oils and botanicals, she wanted to try and help others on their journey to wellness. Grow Bar Organic’s forthcoming core product lines for men and women are a natural haircare routine that not only enhance beauty and wellness, but allow hair to thrive organically from within. Marla and James both have engineering backgrounds, and while their products free of chemicals, parabens and sulfates, developing beauty products mimics the complicated formulations seen in the lab while processing chemicals or in lines of code while developing software solutions. It’s just another reason Marla and James are both equally passionate about these products.
