Shelbyville is one of the key communities located here, and Shelby County, Shelbyville, and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology have come together to create the Impact Partnership. This alliance will help to train the next generation to technology leaders.

Shelby County youth, it provides pathways to explore careers in science and technology.
Rose-Hulman students, it provides new avenues to strengthen their skills in the work place.
Engineering, science and technology industries as it provides a chance to invest in intelligence and provide a community that embraces future employees.
