Ombudsman Services

In a city as large as Indianapolis, the regulatory and permitting process can be daunting for business owners. In an effort to make the process less intimidating, the City of Indianapolis and Indy Chamber collaborated to create the position of the Regulatory and Permitting Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman serves as a voice between businesses and City administration, offering guidance and support to diverse projects: from questions about signage for small sandwich shops to large corporate headquarter relocations.
