We conduct annual talent/labor analysis reports, engage in talent programming, and lead the regional talent attraction strategy. One of the ways we do this is through Life in Indy, a collaborative initiative that showcases what our residents love about the Indianapolis region from their individual voices. Through Life in Indy, prospective residents are able to make direct connections with employers across the region, strengthening the talent pipeline.
