The Indy Chamber is seeking qualified candidates to serve as a Member Relations Manager. The position is responsible for selling Indy Chamber memberships to businesses and organizations in Indianapolis and surrounding counties generally with less than 100 employees. This is accomplished by helping businesses realize the value of being an Indy Chamber Member. The Membership Sales Manager must engage prospects in conversations and uncover the specific services that the business considers valuable to their organization.
Qualified candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in their ability to prospect, conduct sales meetings, follow up, and close sales. There is a monthly goal that must be reached by each Member Relations Manager.

The Accounts Payable specialist contributes to Chamber goals of membership, community, revenue, and relationship growth by maintaining positive relationships with vendors and protecting the assets of the Chamber by paying approved purchase orders accurately and as scheduled.
There are a variety of duties performed by members of the Accounting Department of the Chamber and, while various responsibilities, activities, and tasks performed in this department are assigned to specific individuals, daily responsibilities may shift from time to time as requested by the Chief Financial Officer. The ability to work with other members of the department as a functioning team is critical.

As the Bilingual Program Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for supporting the Business Ownership Initiative (BOI) goals of community outreach, technical assistance, education, and access to capital for Hispanic, Black, and other disadvantaged business owners in Central Indiana.
Main responsibilities include conducting group orientation sessions, facilitating training on the 5 Cs of Credit, preparing clients who have not yet incorporated as a business, and helping these businesses become financially ready. Other duties include providing financial planning and coaching in English or Spanish and individual financial counseling to meet the needs of BOI’s existing clients through conducting group education meetings and delivering in-person or virtual workshops.
