A Sincere Place is aiming to provide health and support services for individuals and families affected by Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Mental Disorders to reach their full potential, which creates a brighter future.

We plan to create an atmosphere that encourages the participation of families/friends, our support/volunteer staff, and the community to contribute to positive daily living. We will strive to offer support that promotes personal growth that improves one's self confidence, independence and overall quality of life.

We intend to offer the highest quality support care services in the Indianapolis area by leading, mentoring, and motivating individuals to evolve into the best versions of themselves. We will provide supportive services to individuals residing in their own homes and/or family homes.

Services include but are not limited to wellness coordination, community based rehabilitation, respite, personal care services, residential care, supported employment, family and caregiving training, etc. We can help through all stages of life, from assisting with activities of everyday living to taking first steps towards moving out of the family home and into living independently.

A Sincere Place goal is to help individuals thrive within his/her experience in decision making, while building trusting relationships within the community. Our services will focus on empowering individuals to achieve ambitions, maximize their capabilities and skills with reassurance of having a consistent support system in the journey.

Our services will be person centered and tailored to the individuals/families needs and adjusted accordingly based individually. All settings will ensure an individual’s rights to privacy, respect, and freedom from coercion and restraint. We will live out our name to be that Sincere Place that will indeed always be a “Safe Space” for all.
