Crouching Tigers is a story-based martial arts program that teaches LifeSkills and SafetyLessons to children aged 2-7. Weekly classes blend captivating storytelling with traditional training techniques. Developed by Olivia Roney Mitchell—a mother of four—the program equips young children with the tools they need to navigate their world safely and confidently during these formative years. By intertwining relatable narratives of Crouching Tiger characters with martial arts techniques, Crouching Tigers offers a gentle yet powerful way to impart essential safety and life skills. The Crouching Tigers two-year program is currently offered in childcare facilities, preschools, elementary schools and community centers across Indiana and Illinois, making it easier for families to integrate martial arts and safety education into their children’s daily routines.
