IndyPL Appoints New Director of Public Services

The Indianapolis Public Library Board of Trustees has appointed John Helling as Director of Public Services. Helling will direct the services and programming of the Library’s current 23 branch system, develop public service policy and community engagement activity, and participate in strategic planning and assessment as a member of the Library’s Executive Committee.
