Q. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

A. The most rewarding part of my job is when a client tells me that I have helped them better their business in some way.  Anytime I can help a business owner achieve anything positive that assists in growing or starting their business it feels like a win to me.

I have always enjoyed helping others and giving back. I am blessed that I get to come to work knowing that I get to assist someone in some way almost every day.

Q. What is the #1 piece of advice you would give to someone looking to start a business?

A. Do your research and take your time. Do not dive in before you know everything that is in the water below.  Owning a business is a huge responsibility and you want to make sure you are knowledgeable and prepared for all that is involved in owning your own business.

Q. How has your 10+ years of experience help prep you for this job?

A. My 10 plus years of experience as an entrepreneur has had the most impact on my position.  I know what it is like to have to make a payroll and the stress and fulfillment that can come with that responsibility.

I have made my fair share of mistakes along the way as a business owner as well as working for others.  Learning from these mistakes and applying that knowledge has been a huge factor in what I do. I have also had the opportunity to work with different styles of leadership which I have learned a great deal from.
