Homegrown IT Services Company Adding 105 Jobs in Broad Ripple

The certified Minority Owned Business (MBE), which specializes in consulting services and application technology solutions, will invest $1.9 million to expand operations into its new facility on E. 52nd Street in South Broad Ripple. The new location will allow the company to attract top talent as well as provide space for training facilities and group education classes.

“TCC Software Solutions is the latest in a surge of tech firms choosing to create high paying jobs in Indiana,” said Governor Mike Pence. “Indiana's low-cost, low-tax business environment allows these companies to grow with confidence while our state's investment in workforce development and top tier universities ensure a skilled workforce is ready to fill new jobs. We appreciate the dedication of the TCC team and the tech community overall as they continue to create quality jobs for Hoosiers.”

TCC, which currently has 139 full-time employees in Indiana, plans to begin hiring project managers, system analysts, software developers, database administrators, information security professionals, network engineers and quality assurance specialists immediately. Positions are expected to offer salaries nearly double the state's average wage. Interested applicants can apply by submitting a resume at www.e-tcc.com/open-positions.

“As Hoosiers ourselves, it was important for us to grow TCC in our home state,” said Jim Pangallo, principal and owner of TCC Software Solutions. “While TCC could relocate and provide services in many different states, we prefer to work with the employer-friendly leaders within the state of Indiana and give back to our home through creating quality, high-paying positions for talented Hoosiers.”

Founded in 1996, TCC provides consulting and IT solutions such as managed housing services, mobile workforce software, early childhood systems management, gaming and lottery employee credentialing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, software development and IT staff augmentation. TCC, which also operates an office in Maryland, was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of America’s fastest growing private companies in both 2014 and 2015, growing at a rate of 91 percent over the past three years.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered The Consultants Consortium Inc.

(d/b/a TCC Software Solutions) up to $1.5 million in conditional tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Indianapolis supports the project at the request of Develop Indy, a business unit of the Indy Chamber.

“Homegrown Indianapolis technology firms are thriving as the city’s tech sector expands,” said Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. “It’s encouraging to see TCC Software Solutions grow and continue to invest in the Midtown area.”

TCC joins a growing list of tech companies like GyanSys, Geofeedia, Emarsys and Rook Security adding jobs in central Indiana in an industry that pays a salary of $72,130 annually on average, according to TechPoint. More than 5,000 tech jobs have been created in central Indiana since 2009, growing at a rate of 17 percent, which is more than double the growth rate of all occupations.
