Education Savings

Through the Indy Chamber's partnerships with local college and universities, we offer Indy Chamber members continuing education course discounts and customized education opportunities, as well as scholarships for children of Indy Chamber member employees. These education-based opportunities train employees and provide them with tools and resources to be productive and effective in the workplace.

Ivy Tech Community College

Ivy Tech Community College is committed to providing companies with the highest return on investment by offering solutions that are industry-recognized, affordable and customizable. Ivy Tech is pleased to offer Chamber members a 10 percent discount on any customized contract training course. In addition to this discount, a free consultation and needs analysis is being offered to all Chamber members. Allow Ivy Tech to discuss with you your current barriers and challenges and build a workforce training plan specifically for your company. Harrison College

Harrison College awards a certain number of Indy Chamber members with non-recurring $2000 scholarships to continue or pursue an education at Harrison College. The scholarship eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • Participants must work for or have a family member who works for an Indy Chamber member company
  • Participants must be interested in attending Harrison College to continue or pursue a college credential
  • Participants must demonstrate that a college credential will provide improved career opportunities
  • Participants must meet Harrison College entrance requirements

IUPUI - Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis

Professional Development & Corporate Education, an initiative of the IUPUI Office of Community Engagement, provides next-level training designed to meet the needs of Indiana's professionals, workforce, and employers. WGU Indiana

WGU Indiana, our state’s non- profit, online university offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the areas of business, education, IT, and health professions. The university was created for working adults and is fully accredited, flexible, and affordable. WGU Indiana is offering Indy Chamber members an application fee waiver.

Salem International University

Salem International University offers Associate, Bachelor and Graduate degrees in high demand fields including: Business, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Nursing, and Criminal Justice.

Three Scholarship Options Are Available

Indy Chamber Scholarship (Undergraduate Programs Only): Undergraduate candidates of Chamber Members &/or Family will receive a 50% DISCOUNT on the cost per credit hour for the entire program. Cost includes: Tuition and Course Materials.  Regular Pricing: $590 per credit hour.

Indy Chamber Scholarship (Graduate Programs): Salem Online is pleased to offer Indy Chamber members and their families, $1,750 in scholarship for graduate students. Renewable for a 2nd & a 3rd consecutive semester. A maximum of three (3) semester awards will be approved for the program duration.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement Matching Scholarship: The University will match up to $5,250 of employer tuition reimbursement per calendar year.

Trine University

Angola, IN main campus
Chamber member dependents will receive a $2,500 annual tuition scholarship (20 per year) to pursue any Trine University engineering degree program, or majors in forensic science, golf management, or secondary education. Once you're admitted to Trine, you must verify parent/guardian’s full-time employment with a Chamber member company, or organization, by submitting a signed letter from the businesses HR department. Avon, IN Campus 
All members of the Indianapolis Chamber are eligible to receive $100 off per credit hour for any of the graduate degree programs at Trine University! Trine offers a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Criminal Justice, Master of Science in Engineering Management and the Lou Holtz Master of Science in Leadership. The programs are built to be completed within one year and are under $18,000 with the chamber discount! Classes are available both online and seated at the Avon campus.
